Durant responded to Barkley's words on 60 minutes about his supposed sensitivity and inability to receive criticism by saying that he will never respect the words of the Hall of Famer.
NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley is one of the most notable critics of Phoenix Suns superstar Kevin Durant. After another instance of criticism, the player pushed back.
Barkley had a '60 minutes' segment on his life as a player and a basketball analyst. During one of the portions, the Suns legend took his time to take a jab at Durant once again.
"He's very sensitive. A great player. He's part of the generation who think they can't be criticized," Barkley said. "He's never looked in the mirror and said 'man, was that a fair criticism?'"
When a video of Barkley's words got to Twitter, Durant pushed back, saying that he won't ever take the former player's words seriously.
"This ain’t gettin tiring chuck? I'll never respect the words that come out ya mouth fam just deal with it," the player quote tweeted.
This comes as part of a continuous beef between the two basketball stars. Barkley most notably called out Durant supposed lack of leadership during last year's NBA playoffs when the Brooklyn Nets got swept in the first round.
A short segment on 'Inside the NBA on TNT' turned into an entire saga of Kevin Durant as a bus driver which Chuck later getting into a physical bus and driving the show's crew.
