Leandro Bolmaro emerges as the top target for Pablo Laso's Bayern.
Argentine wing Leandro Bolmaro is Pablo Laso's priority target for his FC Bayern Munich, according to Sergio Fernandez and Guillermo Garcia of Relevo.
Bolmaro played the last phase of this past season with Lenovo Tenerife after not getting the expected playing time during his stint in the NBA.
Before getting released from the Utah Jazz, he managed to play in 14 NBA games in 2022-23, totaling 6 points on 3-for-20 shooting.
Most of his playing time was in the G-League with the Salt Lake City Stars, where he averaged 12.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game throughout the regular season.
The 22-year-old joined Tenerife on March 2. The contract details were not disclosed but the Argentinian journalist Fabian Perez reported that Bolmaro agreed to a deal until the end of the 2022-23 season.
Bolmaro managed to participate in the BCL's Final Four where Tenerife finished third. During the tournament, Bolmaro averaged 5.6 points and 1.6 rebounds in seven games.
Before entering the NBA in 2021, Bolmaro played for FC Barcelona and won the ACB League championship with them.
