The Portland Trail Blazers have signed center Duop Reath to a one-year deal, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Reath, who recently played as a starter for the Australian national team in the World Cup, also contributed to the Blazers' Summer League squad, averaging 13.0 points and 7.4 rebounds in five games.

In the FIBA World Cup, Reath showcased his skills, tallying 43 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 assists across five games while representing Australia. He boasted an 81% field-goal shooting percentage, 75% on 3-point shooting, and an average of 1.4 blocks per game for his country.

Despite going undrafted in 2018, the 27-year-old has gained valuable international experience from his stints in Serbia and China. Last season Reath played for the Qingdao Eagles in the Chinese Basketball Association, where he averaged 18.2 points, along with 7.8 rebounds, 1.2 steals, and 2.0 blocks over 39 games.
