The New York Knicks are heading into the final stage of the NBA regular season with two uncertainties - the status of OG Anunoby and Julius Randle.

Both Anunoby and Randle missed the team's last game against the Golden State Warriors on Monday. According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN, this won't be the only game Anunoby will miss.

Anunoby underwent surgery in early February to remove a loose bone fragment in his right elbow. Now, the injury has 'flared up' again, Wojnarowski describes.

Head coach Tom Thibodeau said Anunoby flew back to New York for an MRI, which came out clean. However, there is no timetable set for the player's return, and he remains doubtful for the game against the Denver Nuggets.

After getting traded from the Toronto Raptors to the Knicks, Anunoby has been averaging 14.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game.

Additionally, Julius Randle's return date hasn't been set either. The player has been practicing individually for some time but hasn't been cleared for full contact yet.

Even though he was supposed to initially miss just a couple of weeks after his shoulder injury, Randle has been sidelined for close to two months now.
