New York Knicks forward OG Anunoby will continue to be out for Game 4 in the Knicks-Pacers series.
OG Anunoby will not be able to play in Game 4 for his team, the New York Knicks, in the Eastern Conference semifinal series versus the Indiana Pacers.
"I'm told there's not been enough progress yet to think that his return's likely in Game 5 Tuesday," said Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
"Now, after that Game 5 on Tuesday, there [are] two days off before Game 6 Friday, so maybe there's some hope there, but the Knicks are going to have to continue to win and try to put away this series without OG Anunoby. It is a war of attrition for this Knicks roster," he concluded.
Anunoby suffered the injury late in the third period of Game 2 of the series on a layup attempt. He had scored a playoff-career-high 28 points before exiting the game.
He is averaging 16.4 points (50% FG), 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game in the NBA playoffs.
The Knicks hold a 2-1 lead over the Pacers in the best-of-seven series.
