Dekker is coming off his second season with the London Lions in Great Britain, where he made a notable impact. In the past season, he averaged 11.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 12.2 PIR over 11 EuroCup games.
A standout at Sheboygan Lutheran High School, Dekker was drafted 18th overall in 2015.
He spent four seasons in the NBA, playing 201 games for the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, and Toronto Raptors.
In 2023, Dekker was named MVP of the British Basketball League (BBL) and earned a spot on the All-EuroCup Second Team.
