NBA player John Wall said he enjoyed doing analyst duties for a pair of games at the G League Winter Showcase.
Broadcasting could be John Wall’s next career move.
Wall spent the weekend doing analyst duties—his broadcast debut—for a couple of games at the G League Winter Showcase.
“I’m learning more and more, but for me, it's talking about basketball -- what I love to do. It's what I do when I'm home, watching with my friends and kids,” Wall said.
Wall is not officially retired yet as a player but said he is trying to figure out what to do next. He said he enjoyed this broadcasting opportunity.
"I was here last year working out for a couple teams," Wall said. "I was on the other court, working out before games. That was fun. This was fun."
Wall averaged 16.3 points and 6.1 assists in his short stints with the Rockets and Clippers.
