Aaron Gordon, who was dealing with a calf strain, will play with the Denver Nuggets against Dallas, NBA reporter Chris Haynes reports.
Aaron Gordon is on track to return to action following a nine-game absence streak due to a right calf strain.
According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, the Denver Nuggets forward plans to play on Sunday versus the Mavericks. Gordon will likely remain a game-time decision ahead of tipoff, but he should play barring any setbacks during warmups.
The 29-year-old missed time because of the ailment back in November. However, Gordon aggravated the injury during the Christmas meeting with the Phoenix Suns, keeping him off the floor for an extended period of time.
