The Dallas Mavericks forward Maxi Kleber suffered a right foot fracture in their loss against the Boston Celtics 107-122.
32-year-old, Kleber left the game in the late third quarter and didn't return. Sources tell ESPN, Kleber should miss extended period without basketball. He will be re-evaluated next week. He already has missed 12 games this season with previous injuries.
The Mavericks continue to lose players due to injuries. Previously Dereck Lively injured his right ankle and has been out since Jan. 15. Dwight Powell has been out with a hip injury for the last four games, and their star Luka Doncic has been out since Christmas with a calf injury.
