NBA on TNT reacted to Ja Morant's grenade celebration, expressing that he should put an end to this immature behavior.
Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant has once again found himself at the center of controversy. Previously fined for making gun-related gestures during games, Morant is now drawing attention for a new on-court celebration.
In recent games, after hitting a three-pointer, Morant has been seen miming the act of throwing imaginary grenades, an action that has sparked mixed reactions across social media and the NBA world.
The NBA on TNT crew didn't hold back in their critique of the celebration.
"He has a history that maybe he shouldn’t be doing that… Leave the celebrations where people might die alone,” said Kenny Smith.
Charles Barkley also weighed in with his signature bluntness:
"I know one person who's happy right now—Taylor Jenkins doesn’t have to deal with this crap anymore. He’s going to get another job he deserves, without having to manage this immature stuff," Chuck added.
