It's been just barely three weeks since Damian Lillard was our indefinitely due to a blood clot.
History has been written according to Shams Charania of ESPN, as Lillard is not using blood-thinning medication anymore, and is cleared of his deep vein thrombosis.
Of course, he is still out for upcoming game 1 against the Indiana Pacers, but he will undergo contact practices soon and start a timetable for his eventual return.
Officials of the Milwuakee Bucks were told that a recovery this quickly was never seen before, but occurred due to early treatment, detection and specialists working with Lillard even before official prognosis.
