Cade Cunnigham helped Detroit Pistons beat the New York Knicks with 33 points, with Dennis Schroder dropping 20. Magic Johnson doesn't hide his happiness.
Detroit Pistons made an upset in Madison Square Garden and tied the series against the New York Knicks.
Cade Cunnigham had a stellar game, scoring 33 points and catching 12 rebounds in the process.
Dennis Schroder was Detroit's second best scorer as he poured 20 points, hitting one of the daggers in the game.
Magic Johnson couldn't stay silent and had to praise Cunnigham and Schroder on his X account:
"Pistons guard Cade Cunningham showed America he’s a superstar in the making scoring 33 points tonight in their win over the New York Knicks!"
"Dennis Schroder scored 20 points and hit the biggest shot of the game to break the tie that helped the Pistons pull it out in the stretch 100-94. This Pistons vs. Knicks Series is great to watch," Johnson said on X.
