Turkish forward Metecan Birsen is coming back to his former team - Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. The club locked him up for two seasons with an option for the third (2+1).
The 26-year-old last played for Fenerbahce in the 2013-14 season. Since then, he roamed Turkey's Basketball Super League. Birsen played for Eskisehir Basket, Istanbul BBSK, Sakarya and Anadolu Efes.
The 2.05 forward spent the past two seasons with Pinar Karsiyaka. Birsen averaged 8.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 10 EFF over 23.5 minutes in the Turkish League last year.
