Los Angeles Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt believes the technical fouls on Luka Doncic were personal.
Luka Doncic was ejected from the game after receiving a second technical foul for engaging with a fan, with the Los Angeles Lakers holding a slim 1-point lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder in the fourth quarter.
Following his ejection, the Thunder capitalized on the momentum and went on a scoring run, ultimately sealing the victory with a 136-120 win.
After the game, Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt weighed in on the first technical foul, suggesting that it might have been personal.

"He thought I was fouled, which I did get fouled, I got slapped across the head," said Vanderbilt. "He was just telling the ref what happened, and the ref was just like 'I don't want to talk to anybody but Luka.' It seemed a little personal, he was just advocating for me, saying I got fouled."
Despite the loss, the Lakers remain in third place in the Western Conference with a 48–31 record. They now shift their attention to a highly anticipated showdown with the Mavericks in Dallas on Wednesday, where they will face Dončić’s former team.
