The Oklahoma City Thunder are trading Darius Bazley to the Phoenix Suns for Dario Saric and a second-round pick, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The move shifts Saric's $9.2 million expiring salary off the books for this year, substituting Bazley's $4.3 million deal.
Saric has appeared in 37 games (12 starts), averaging 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per match. The Croatian player went 12th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft.
Drafted 23rd overall by the Thunder in 2019, Bazley has appeared in 36 games with a single start this year and has averaged 5.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 15.4 minutes per game.
